Insert Bits

Phillips Head (PH) is the most common screw drive system. PH insert bits absorb torque peaks and reduce slip between insert bit and screw head.

PoziDriv insert bits are self-centering for fast, efficient assembly operations.

Hex head insert bits reduce cam-out and less operator pressure is needed. This head form is being utilised on an increasing number of fasteners. The vertical sidewalls create a positive engagement between fastener and bit virtually eliminating cam-out.

Slotted head fasteners are the oldest, and still a very popular, screw type. They are most often used in cabinet making, furniture construction and house renovation/restoration.

Impact Bits are designed and manufactured for optimum performance in modern impact drivers. Not only do they offer significantly increased bit life in impact applications but they also offer exceptional performance in standard driving usage. The impact driver action places high peak torque demands on both insert and power bits. The range features a uniquely engineered torsion zone with multi-stage hardening and tempering
